Booking & Cancellation Policy
- All rates quoted are per person per night and include room, full English breakfast and VAT
- Rates quoted are subject to amendment without notice and will be confirmed at the time of booking
- We require credit card details valid for the dates of your booking in order to guarantee your reservation
- If you are unable to provide a credit card, a deposit of one night’s stay will be required
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival but more than 24 hours before will be charged at 50 per room
- Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged the first night of the reservation
- No-shows will be billed at the full price of the reservation
Smoking
Following the introduction of the new smoking regulations, Home Farm is now entirely non-smoking.
Dogs
We are sorry, but we no longer accept dogs.
Service Charge
No charge is made for service. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion.
